Adults: 2-3 tablespoons (20-30g) / day (one after the main meals);
Children (3-10 years): 1 teaspoon (5g) / day, after breakfast.
Raw pollen can be administered as such or in combination with fruit juice or a fruit salad.
Cures of 7 weeks are recommended, at least 2 times a year: spring, during periods of low immunity, and autumn to prepare for the cold season, but it can be consumed throughout the year, without restrictions.
Storage conditions: MUST be stored in the freezer, at temperatures between -5 ° C and -18 ° C. Raw pollen lasts 5-6 days outside the freezer, in the original packaging (in a protective atmosphere) and 2-3 days in the refrigerator after unsealing. Freezing is the ideal way to keep the nutritional and therapeutic qualities of raw pollen intact . Although stored in the freezer, it DOES NOT FREEZE due to the low water content inside the pollen grain (8-10%).
